for the sake of argument, go with me here, there are only so many shares available by sellers to sell at the bid. It is starting to look like we have reached that "magic" number and starting to turn the corner, I see it in the numbers, but we need a little more volume to see for sure. We could move up now and thru next week even without news if this is correct.
