I think your right about the market starting out going down tomorrow, but I'm not sure if & how long thats going to hold.
Tomorow may be 1 of those days you either need quick fingers or stay out.

Yeah, the Institutional Index worries me. This last up move is not like the March Rampo where the Institutional Index went up significantly. $XII looks like a bearish flag.
