You don't see NITE going under any time soon yet they for as long as I remember have been making some HIGHLY questionable moves.

That is why I am pleased Glusic spoke up when he did, he knows this only to well. As far as I'm concerned NITE should be banned from the markets end of story. There are others but NITE is the most prominent in my experience.
