Perhaps you should give it a little more thought and read the filings as well.

I've given it some thought, and I think this manipulation we're seeing likely has something to do with DNAG being on the Naked Short List for 13 consecutive trading days.

DNAG goes on the SHO list all the time. It is not only expected to go on the SHO list it was explained by the company when they still made regular SEC filings.

The company has a contract with Dutchess whereby they ask for money from Dutchess and then repay them with newly printed discounted shares. Whenever they tell Dutchess they need money DUtchess is permitted to start selling shares into the market on a 'short' basis. DNAG will then 'cover' that short position with discounted shares. That is how Dutchess makes their money. Their profit margin is the difference between the price of the shares they sell short and the value of the discounted shares they are provided with.

The failure to deliver is caused by DNAG not getting the shares to Dutchess in a timely manner.

As you have indicated it is blatant manipulation and it is a flagrant abuse of the system. Unfortunately it is being done by the company and management. Realize that the only thing being paid by that money is their slaries. There is nothing else going on.
