Given that SEA is an ETF (tradeable) and owned by Claymore
the site might not cover it? Baltic indexes don't trade, right? I think of them like a DOW in that you use it like the
VIX or TRIN for direction as opposed to trading vehicle.
Gustav is big factor now along with the Georgia oil ship ports.
