That carrot and cart analogy is pretty funny and 100% accurate...Spooz Management has never heard of the phrase "Under promise and over deliver" which is what the industry I work in does because you have to plan for problems. Instead Spooz Management thinks the phrase is "Over promise, don't deliver and dilute".
