My apologies for the outburst.
I'm sure Sam is aware of the pps and the need to uplist.
This process will not happen overnight but why not begin the process? Money is the issue and I fully appreciate the fact but if Sam wants the type of "accredited shareholder" he seeks, uplisting and solicited bid are paramount.
With that said, how is discussing and addressing this issue with Sam a sudden no no?
The MM's have a strangehold on the pps and they will continue to do so if Sam doesn't act to change the situation.
Sam is a gracious and honest man, no one is disputing that. He has stated on numerous occasions that he wants investor feedback, he has aked for it and as shareholders we have the duty to pass along our concerns.
