zardiw, thanks for all the O/S updates. With the O/S information you've provide it appears that much trading has been transacted with very little increase in the outstanding count.
On 08/04/08 you checked with the TA and stated the O/S was 2.74 billion. Then on 08/18/08 your reported the O/S @ 2.94 billion and this amount held until at least 08/20/08 when you reported no increase.
So,from 08/04/08 to 08/20/08 the increase was apparently 200 million. However, during the time from 08/04/08 to 08/20/08 1.43 billion shares were traded. (Accounting for the possibility that the trade counts were actually inflated 50% - that buy and sell transactions need to be counted as two transactions the trade count might only be 721 million during this time.)
Inquiring minds might want to consider who the buying and selling entities were for 3/4 of a billion shares traded in 13 trading days with no only 200million added to the O/S. : )
