Thanks to some of my board mates I got to learn about SAFE HARBOR DISCLAIMER, or in different words A LICSENSE TO STEAL, or some ppl may use a famous term called the Gene disclaimer which is I have your best interset at heart and it just kills me to slam it up your butt.

but I don't think anybody is dilusional enough to think something good is going to happen from all this, so as to why they need a 3 day buffer or any more delays makes no sense to release any PRS, nobody here needs to be let down any more gently after being slammed on the ground head first
