Nothing odd about it. You'll see the same
on just about every stock. There are MMs
that want to be compensated a bit more
than others, especially if the trading
volume is low...hence they want to sell
you shares at a higher price.
Problem is, the hype has worn off.
The PPS isn't going to move much higher
on hype, plans, promises, etc.
