That kind of selling is probably what is occurring now, and has been for awhile. There are some who probably put everything or almost everything they could spare into this stock, expecting the deal and dividend to have been announced by end of July. The longer the process of closing takes, the more some will be forced to sell back part of their holdings to meet financial obligations.
No fret, I hope to buy around 250k through Friday, can't get enough. Heck at these prices, maybe make it an even 300k.
May spread that over 2 weeks, I have a feeling if it doesn't close before labor day, we could see some more price dips with folks cashing out for the long weekend. I imagine 3rd week in Sept.
