It looks like DOMS has a level at which he intends on selling the common shares left from the CD conversions and while I have been watching, he doesn't seem to want to sell them lower than .015 - .016. That could change once the authorised is increased to bring another 140 million into the OS and eventually the float as per the recent filing.
