Well, it's not like the wells are going to stop producing tomorrow or after the shareholder vote, so therefore revenues are not going to stop coming in either, so yeah I'm good. 3rd quarter will be another leg up due to revenue from the Cavier Wells, and hopefully by then Lone Oak #2 will be producing and we get another leg up for year end 4th quarter. I'm not seeing doom and gloom like the nay sayers, there is more going on in this company than a vote for a share increase.

Very good point RICH! If the new posters in this forum would do some basic DD on this stock, then they would come to the same conclusion. Your post and this one should serve as a reminder to the investors/traders to stay on top of their DD.
