Well, the construction company said Sept 5 they'll be done so Nancy probably just took their word for it and is not at the location to witness it first hand. You, on the other hand, in a way are as I supplied everybody with 3 pics of the place.

Maybe they'll get their job done by September 5, but there's no way that place is opening by the 2nd week in September. This is just MY opinion, you can look at the pics and form yours. I think Nancy thinks it will open in the 2nd week.

Maybe September can happen. The guys Raw spoke with said 05 Sept, now maybe the teminal folks will start before then. Its common for stages to overlap. The electronics may be somewhat plug and play should not take to many days to install.
Big news would be really great.
