Last I checked Chad Curtis owned 10 million preferred shares, which translates (20 to 1) into 200 million common and salable. That is essentially the entire authorized share amount. 100%.

asus is a misleading poster because if anyone does research they will find the 10 million preferred is for voting control and are non convertible. This means they don't convert ever it has always been like this from the research i have done and the filings of previous owners
