He has always stated the broker sold those shares without permission. Get your facts straight. Also, if you have 350,000 shares, why would you sell EXACTLY 38,205 of them. That sounds fishy to me...more like something a computer would do lol! And they were sold for a loss! Why would mom sell at a loss? Why not sell all at $4? ( that would still be a loss BTW )
Nice to have confirmation that his mom had shares in CVSU....one thing to scam the public....no way he is going to deliberately bankrupt his mother for Gods sake. Innocent as freshly driven snow, he is.
