Krays, you're relatively new around here...and I appreciate your posts, but YA doesn't give a dang about retail shareholders. They will RS us out regardless of the Series C conversion ratio IMO. That's what VC's do. They've got the gold, they rule. I've had that done to me before in private companies--two of them in fact. The time to get our pound of flesh is when the tide turns/or is about to turn. All parties to this abortion of an investment are going to have to pay up or go out of business. I have plenty of ammo for the legal beagles when it comes to that. Did I say that I'm pissed? YJ.
