Yes. That is what Rob told me last week when I called him. He is sure that the PPA will be signed but not sure when though he thinks it will not take too much time.

As per the last when is the next CC with WWEI? Any idea? I will be visiting India for 2 weeks starting this thursday and I will not be able to participate if any for the next two weeks.
