Watch out for this guys, they are working with GE and GM on some major projects. Their financials is pretty lousy but with a new energy policy that opens this guys for government loans or partnership instead of some nasty CD. The government can give tax breaks so they can recoup R&D costs that would reduces their losses by like 40%.
