#7484 RE: downsideup #7483

If the opportunity presented itself. PGPM opened up say around $1.00. How many would sell there entire shares? I know that some of you here have 200K, 500K, 1Mil shares. How long would it take to sell all of those shares without impacting the pps? Especially, if everybody started to sell those shares at once.

My analysis here is that, I believe that Ralph would know this. So precautions would have to be in place to prevent this from happening. Right? Any thoughts?

Outstanding PGPM shares - last "official" count was approximately 1.5 billion and Pilgrim gets 13.5 million shares in IMVS. So, that equates to approximately 110 PGPM shares per IMVS share. With the quoted IMVS price of $1.90 (if it holds), that would yield an equivalent PGPM price of 1.7 cents. That all assumes no further dilution of either IMVS or PGPM.
