You are one smart investor. We seem to think alike on SMAS. I am very bullish on SMAS, and waiting for some funds to clear up to put some big money to work to support the bid as well. The few people that have talked to Steve have nothing but praise for him. I'll let you make those judgements for yourself. Lastly just be patient, and we are going to have our day soon.
