Varney gets (including the options you forgot to mention):

That seems like significant reason to sell to me.
Especially when this company was almost done for a few months back, and that there is no guarantee that it won't be done for by years' end..

Hmmmm.. I actually feel pretty good about a sale now..
I never realized just how much Stoll et al had to gain from a sale in the $2-3 range..
Considering that is pocket change for a BP, damn, it may just happen!
