You mean he has confirmed that he has confirmed a naked short. Interesting that you mad this remark. How exactly does one verify a naked short? I suppose he called up every hedge fund in the world and they willingly told him "Yup we are nss" LOL He hasn't verified anything. The only thing he has verified is he suspects a short in the stock which is pretty powerful since anyone can claim that any shortable stock is being shorted at any given time. Just a little bit more homework next time before you make a silly claim like that.
