lowe6er...can you please explain something. if the shares are going to be exchanged 1:1 and you expect the stock to reflect a $300M market cap, why is the stock around 3 cents? i am guessing there will be 300M new shares issued, in total, and some will be new shares sold in the hd ipo. then there will effectively be a r/s as shareholders exchange the current shares for adrs. so in essense, i believe those who are posting about a r/s are correct. if you do not think so, i would appreciate your explanation. tia
