I think this may be part of the reason KK "dismissed" him from his CEO services at GS Agri - Tom & KK had a deal to put the GSCR debt on SWVC commoners while giving patents to KK's companies, for KK, Wife, & Friends to make millions (there was probably a kickback on those cd's for TS too).
Now, TS does his end of the deal & KK fires him from Agri (Knowing TS can't come clean with the law & tell about the deal they had agreed upon because that would throw TS in the slammer). KK wins, TS is ticked off because know he only owns 80% of a lot of useless junk which was just a way for him to get rich before!
SWVC common shareholders are shafted as they paid for all of this & there is no way to see things besides watch out below!
TS has ways to fix things for the common shareholder still, just a matter if he's willing to do it! I would say alot of it has to do with him giving up percentage of his preferred "E" shares, fixed conversion rate on that 51% at a certain amount of commons, having family retire those "C" shares worth $6 million for that negative worth company (Wisebuys) of - $1.2 million! And maybe a buyback of shares!
