context doesn't matter. your post was off topic. maybe there are other o.t. posts on that thread that haven't been deleted, and if that's the case, you should tos them. telling you to expect to lose every last dime is actually on topic. it is a comment about the stock, not you.

Granted context could be relevant, but they are not the same. Disregarding any context for the moment, your original post talked about users - off-topic. Your example above talked about the prospects for the stock - on-topic.

Meanwhile, I see that you resubmitted your PM directly to Matt, which is where the one last night to IH Admin also now resides. So, he'll either respond in due course or he won't.

Regarding the TOS button, abusing it by filing excessive frivolous reports will simply result in "Filter TOS Reports From This User" being clicked. So, please don't head off in that direction.
