Selling shares is ok when the ppps is good. It is disaster when the pps is low. Raising more money at this stage appears to be a very bad idea indeed. Why raise this sum of money whebn the company has a lot of cash which is not used. My impression is that this company has acted extremely stupidly in the past. It has quadrupled its OS with very little to show for it.
