"Not easy to get a 5million LOC with a bank these days"

Did you see how the interest rate shot up because they are not meeting the obligations? Another doubtful subprime loan by WF if you ask me.

Hey Red, next quarter should look a hell of a lot better with the operating expenses hopefully slashed as the bulk of SGA (stock based compensation to the tune of 2 mil +)come off the books. Looking for positives. Revs are increasing. Compare gross profit last quarter to first quarter. Certainly not hopeless on the nuts and bolts business side of things. Gotta keep Wells Fargo happy though. That would just be a killer if they $^%$ that up.

Red, you were angry with Reverse Split when it was announced. You ok with that now?? And you're ok with the MASSIVE DILUTION coming??? In other words you would buy now? And Isn't Wells Fargo about to place LOC in default? And if we invest long term as you suggest shouldn't we wait a few years to invest after all of the DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION?????? Tell us, is it just a FLIPPING stock for now? : )

Did you read this off the 10Q ??

Page 11 on acquisition of NHSP

The Company is in the process of evaluating and allocating the excess purchase price to the assets purchased and assessing goodwill, if any, associated with the acquisition. The results of NCHI are included in the consolidated financial statements from the date of purchase.

This they will be post $3 mil or $6 mil on this one? Plus, what is weird is they show $1,213,235 in Preferred D shares instead of the $5.25 million he was given, what is up with that?

I guess if he was given 5.25 they will have to add another $4 million in overpayment/goodwill, huh?
