I think we all share those exact same concerns iwjw(I know I do for sure). Which is the main reason I've already had some preliminary email exchanges with CEO Evans on the share structure subject while he's been in SL k.
Earlier this week I posted that I'm hoping to either get the full current share structure numbers next week from Doug upon his return verbally which I'll bring to this board...or that he may be deciding whether or not to include a paragraph on Sierra's entire capital structure situation in a forthcoming PR ok.
Either way I can tell everyone here that CEO Evans is planning on providing us with a full accounting of the current share structure in some manner upon his return as he knows how integral this is to his plan of providing full transparency to market from here on out cheers:)
