Good evening Connie... PCBK Annotated Chart:

If this pattern is a Head and Shoulder bottom, the PPS will touch the red line on the chart shown as the Neckline of the H&S pattern; if this is a Cup and Handle the PPS will either close the gap or bounce off of the blue support line @12.
