am a believer in the Concept of PNMS and the Exchange. I am a PDR Holder and that is it . I am tired of untruths being posted by many here, this affects my investment.
What untruths????
Has the 1 year pay out happend???

I am someone that plays the pinks, and points out scams and POS stocks. I am also a shareholder of PNMS, I unfortunately got stuck holding a bag of this POS when it changed from PYPR....And have taken a nice loss and left holding a bag of crap.

How does this affect your investment?

If you are in the exchange, the US market has nothing to do with you, you dont have ANY shares, they belong to Pedro...

All the issues could simply go away with
U.S. recognized audited financials, not certified for PNMS
or buy out U.S.shares for cash with fair offer
to make shareholders whole. Then Pedrocito and Mikey can
do whatever they want in private and nobody will care.

You can't realistically ask people to turn over certs to an exchange that has yet to work, one delay after another, misleading comments all the time. All this even after they destroyed the value of these same sharholders actts over the past 2 yrs. Ridiculous to think that has any chance to fly.

Simple choices. Seems pretty straightforward. Anything else is just spinning and BS. IMO
