The wheels of justice move very very slow, It might take the SEC one year to pull the plug on this stock. Certain steps must be taken GBDX will be given their day in court. IMO they wont even show up but we shall see.

No wrong...The SEC can only suspend trading for 10 days...Then it reopens on the grays and will stay gray untill they can find an MM to sign off on it and trade it again....They also have to provide the SEC with any and all info that the SEC requests, such as audited fins revenews and such...GBDX can't do that.....
