It all makes sense, yet ERHE trades at 34 cents, which doesn't make sense. Based on those assumptions and the logical formulations from them the stock "should" be trading higher. Is it time before drilling (a long time) that is the primary factor that keeps it down?
Magic - Succinct and easily understandable. Not to be overlooked is "authority" at $24. versus "actual Chinese purchase" = $12. That still makes us a $16.00 stock if we never got another penny more than $12. bbl. and our share is 1.0 Bbl.
