Once again, the cash has not been received yet and they need to get the prototype going! Plus there are other expenses to pay in the meantime. It's all about cash management.

Let's see you can get cash now and payback the loan when you get the cash. Everyone is demanding for immediate results. So, do you want them hanging around for 3 months on the GC2000 project or getting that protype built and out the door. DO you want the odor free pig farm ready now or in 3 to 6 months, etc.

That is exactly right - Jared needs to pull his head out of his ... and stop listening to the advice he is getting. With that so called rev coming in, all he would have to do is wait a few months to have the money instead of increasing the A/S. Something just does not ad up here and I am beginning to question Jared word...
