Those projections just don't ad up if they need more money - all they would have to do is wait a few months to have the money they need instead of increase the A/S.

Not much volume based on the OS. I guess most folks are taking wait and see approach. The thing that was missing in the pr was the ESI merger. Folks want to hear the status.
