Yeah i do know why the company needs these shares. Need-less to say though they are still shares that COULD be let out on the market if the company saw fit. There would be nothing to really stop the company from letting the shares out once the share holds allow them to have the shares.
No one can honestly think that once they are authorized a billion more shares they don't think that the price of the stock won't drop.
It seems to me though that this guy is very smart and once he get approval of the billion shares that he will release some extremely good news to counter/ get peoples minds off the shares. Hopefully leaving the price where it sits if not higher. Then 10 weeks after that the new quarterly report will come out and the prices will go up.
