After all this time of reading this board, I just realized that you are Joan Vowler.

It's been so long since I've heard your name, I've forgotten what role you play. Are you Jim's wife, or mother? I forget.

I find that to be a rather odd statement. Shouldn't it be that the very fact that they signed on as a franchisee GUARANTEE a lower cost of their supplies in the first place?

Can you elaborate on what your statement means?

Lies? Honest items? You have a nerve!!! Please, start dealing with investors in a straight forward and way and investors will reciprocate. Lets start with the number of stores open. Your website states you have 18 stores open. Is that true? If not.... its a lie !!!!

Gee, we don't have time to list all the domains used for various emails on the UPZS web site and keep reminding you to take down the locations that are no longer operating.

Was it that the Call Center folks who lied about not getting paid? Last I heard they won...what ever happened to that?

Was it that the guy who was on the board and sued you the one that lied? He seems to have backed you into a settlement.

Was it a lie every time Jimmy said Financials are "just a few weeks away from being released"? Last we heard ... right out of Jim's mouth was "just a few items needed made clear" for GH's accountant that they would release them.

Is it a lie that people did not get paid and some people kept going to both home and away Patriots games?

Please...please...please tell us. I will support the company when it does good and lay into it when it makes bad moves. It is reactions like this that show everyone here that the folks in charge have not learn one lesson during the debacle. Not when the "Holier than thou" attitude comes out.

Like I said I WILL support the company when it does well. I have been quiet and patient wanting for results...

This board has ZERO impact on the PPS. The market price reflects the Caveat Emptor rating in the market and a lack of trust and belief that market has in the management team. Simple as that....plus you have no assets to back up any PPS...and if you DO have assets you will not let be posted in the Financials and do not have them audited to PROVE you have those assets. You also diluted the stock to a point where it is worthless based on the cash flow of the company....Tell me you guys know more about the market than "Oh, the nay Sayers on the boards are pushing our price down" Next you'll be saying we are all making cash on the short side of the stock....that's when I really start laughing BTW. Oh, and I know JV and GH already thought of that one.

Wow. That is wonderful news. Are the California groups part of Unique Pizza and Subs, Unique Franchise Opportunities, International Restauranteurs or Pizza Trademark Acguisition Company? Also, are they mobile units, one day a week rented kitchens, large bar and restaurant where Unique Pizza is basically an afterthought or some brand new entity just invented?
Is Bob Fidler, a National Football League MVP, or a rich investor with a million trillion dollars involved?

I'm also glad to hear that there are still companies willing to do business with Unique Pizza and Subs. Do they accept troptions as payment? Here's your chance to tell everyone the truth about what happened to the money, all of the hard work you are doing and Jim's lifestyle - BTW, I didn't know Jim had a new Jag. Justifiable in the face of of unpaid bills and payroll as well as a bankrupt cash position for the business.
