You're as devious as malcbaby, capnmike. Lotsa definitions there. But you gloss the question (as usual): a partnership contract is vastly different from a cooperative partnership, as you certainly know.

I suppose you think partnerships (like many law firms, like the one malcbaby was with til suddenly he wasn't) are based on just a handshake, no formal documents needed.
