I don't know what is moving IMVS. it can't be based on an EPS because we don't know how many shares this company has. I believe it is speculation and possible rumor mongering. We don't know how anything is valued as of yet and we don't know how many shares are going to be Outstanding / Float / Available we are now seeing it come thru based on the filing on my last post. But there is still tons of information needed to draw a clear picture as to what is moving this company. Only time will tell. But hopefully someone else may have another view point that they can share based on numbers and facts which i can't seem to find yet. IMO .. GLTA
