Also with the hugh increase in shares, you can almost guarantee a reverse split; which will allow Mike to do it all over again if we still need more money. A brutal cycle and an even worse thought.

I'm still checking in on this stock. I did call the Transfer Agent and GXPI chose not to let them give out the current O/S.

Just curious, does anyone know anything about Diazem Corporation. The only thing I could find was their Corp filings from the State of Michigan. Funny thing is they were dead after 2001, and then suddenly they filed 5 years worth of filings in April of 2006 to become current. Nothing has been filed since 2006 either.

What I find funny is Gemini was incorporated in Nevada Jan 26, 2006; just a few months before Diazem got current with all there filings.
