You don't what you are talking about...let me give you a 101 course on how Mobile IP works...

There are two components of the Mobile IP:

1.) Mobile IP Client
2.) Mobile IP Server

The client gets the IP Address from the network...registers itself in the server and the server identifies the network about the IP Address of the client.

So now tell me...
