I was making a joke about the russians. Someone posted a couple of weeks ago that PA and CA started a recycling deal with someone who was from russia. It was stated that this deal was a scam to benefit PA and CA, not PBLS as a company. I thought it was amusing that even if it were a scam at this point, with the red army on the march in georgia, the US would probably impose sanctions of some kind and ruin any hopes for a joint business venture with anyone from russia. More bad luck and bad timing. I dont get the movie thing either.
