Myriad makes second payment on Tunica land

Myriad Entertainment & Resorts Inc. (OTCBB: MYRA), which is developing Myriad Botanical Resort in Tunica, has made the second option payment of $100,000 on its land contract with Mississippi-based Picture Window LLC for 250 acres of land, located at the former site of the Treasure Bay Casino.

Myriad entered into the agreement on July 22, making the initial option payment of $100,000. The closing is scheduled on or before Dec. 2.

The first phase of development will include the initial 100,000-square-foot casino, a 750-room hotel, a 25,000-square-foot health and wellness luxury spa, a 35,000-square-foot conference and meeting space and attractions including a water park and an 18-hole championship golf facility.
