It's a good thing Aziz (good for him and very bad for his investors) was forward thinking enough to change the incorporation of this scam to Wyoming a while back. Now he can just up that authorized to 10 or 20 or even 100 billion shares overnight if necessary and never inform a soul since he controls this shell through holding a preferred issue with an anti-dilition clause.

He only has a little over 700 million more shares to go under the current AS of 5 billion.
