You have no proof of this negotiation other than what is put out in the pr. As it has been stated many times the question is ...
Why would this Private Equity Group pay 10X the current market value to acquire shares of HGLC when they can easily buy them in the open market. With 300B o/s shares of HGLC in the market it wouldn't be hard at all to acquire them.

Thats like saying I am going to buy someone elses car from them for $300,000 when I could go to the car dealership and buy it for $30,000. Not going to happen.
