evmgoosepa, 540,000 restricted shares converted to free trading and in the same period of time we had more than 5 million shares traded.

Even if every last share was dumped do we believe that the restricted shares are what is bringing the share price down?

One, I do not believe every share is being sold. Two,10% of total trades should have little to no impact on share price.

I believe it is leftovers from the last 504 and when they are gone we will move.

I have a suggestion. Why don't we just consider restricted shares as though they were free trading. They are going to be any way! Or is that too simple...Frank
