Not trying to defend but rather have a conversation...

I personally did not see evidence of the last pile of dilution hitting the market. Trading has been quite light for quite some time.

Did you see something different? I know this looks like crap on paper....and I am never happy about dilution.

It appeared the last shares were restricted....couldn't this be more?

Time will tell if they hit the market.
