There was a rumor out there about news coming this week.
After the Original PR stating they were ready to talk we had a couple of PRs. Then nothing for a week or two.
Most highly assumed this would be the week for news.
Based on past history NV likes to come out with news on Tuesday.
We have been profiled by a couple OTC sites. That can surely account for a lot of volume and part of the lowering of price.
Of course you have the MM manipulation as the time and sales report showed today.
You mention they had ample time to manage the event.
Timing the market to release news is futile imo.
Telling the story and getting the name out there NOW is very important though imo as I believe we will see why shortly.
By releasing his name now as being CEO they are setting the stage for future events.
It is my opinon they want the management team in place before announcing any tech updates.
I believe CTO is next.
One thing to remember here about Cooper. IMO he is ALREADY at the helm. He is under contract as an advisery and a consultant. So imo he is already making CEO decisions.
The June date imo is nothing but a legal proceding taking place or some other factor.
I believe NV has a precise business plan that they are sticking to.
As the days go by I believe we will see the reasons why it was announced today.
