That is a good question Iwant. The Company needs financing--- marketing, plants, and research. The real problem is that Whitney has branched out into many areas, and has got in bed with some shaky money people. That does not make this a bad Company, but it sure shows that menagement may have to change!

Have you read the recent 10Q filing ?

It outlines in great detail all the financing done to date.

At this point, I think any shs. entering the float are from the various fins. not from the co. itself.

This thing has been PIPEd to death.

This could be a base forming here as the co. does have revenue.
