OT: Do you think I don't know what happened on 9/11. But what happen on 9/11 doesn't give the US cart blanche to do whatever we want whenever we want to whomever we want. And the phrase "remember 9/11" or variations to that effect, while making an effect emotinal appeal, doesn't necessarily address the issue at hand. It also doesn't excuse our being stupid. Our survival as a free culture depends on more than the use of force, it depends in the intelligent and just use of force.
My opinion. My not just my opinion. BTW I am an honorably discharged veteran. So I've served, which is more than some have done.
